How we got here
Convergent Communications grew out of a firsthand understanding of what senior care franchises actually need from their phone systems — and how badly the existing options were falling short.
Most VoIP providers sell you software and leave you to figure out the rest. We saw franchises struggling with dropped calls, misconfigured extensions, and support lines that never picked up. That's where patients, caregivers, and families were getting let down.
